We take pride in enabling opportunities for choice, inclusion and achievement for people with a disability.About the Role:DSA are looking for an experienced Workforce Planning Manager to lead our newly created Centralised Rostering team in our head office in Kingsgrove. This is an exciting opportunity to be involved in the refinement and ongoing management of a team focusing on supporting the business with an accurate and timely delivery of analytics, forecasting and reporting functions of the business. As a key member of the Community & Home Living (CHL) leadership team, you will be responsible in managing the resources and requirements for all teams, ensuring shifts are aligned to participant plans, participant experience standards and business requirements. Responsibilities will include:Accurately prepare forecasts and budgets for operational workloads, resource and monitor drivers against business change & develop models to improve accuracy.Monitor and implement effective shift patterns to match business requirements, optimising performance of all regions within CHL (800+ support workers).Actively manage and develop the Workforce Management tool, collaborate with project management resources and IT to manage the relationship with the supplier to ensure DSA maximises the functionality of the tool.Work closely with the CHL Operational teams and internal stakeholders.Deliver effective and accurate reports detailing KPI’s and commentary relating to workforce and shift performance.Manage a team of resource coordinators that support the businesses real time, forecasting and reporting workforce analytics.Coach and lead the team in prioritising compliance to ensure the achievement of business performance objectives.Reporting to the CEO, you will also be the responsible reporting function for enterprise wide data, analytics and development of real time dash boards.To be successful you will have:Previous experience in a similar Workforce Planning leadership position.Prior understanding of Workforce Planning methodology and expertise in using WFP software/tools.Proven expertise in Excel for modelling and scenario planning.Knowledge and understanding of the NDIS and supported independent living.Experience in managing and implementing business changes.Highly developed interpersonal skills written and verbal communication with a proven ability to coach, motivate and develop staff.A collaborative and engaging leadership style with demonstrated experience in leading a team.Excellent organisational skills and a self-starter who can manage and meet a range of competing priorities and deadline.Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.If you enjoy working in a collaborative environment, thrive on driving business results and leading an analytical focused team, and are ready for a new challenge, we want to hear from you!
