In this role, you will own the end-to-end recruitment process for our Community and Home Living business unit, and will have the opportunity to manage roles across the differing areas of the business. Our fast-paced environment will definitely keep you challenged and on your toes! As our Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will be surrounded by a supportive team who work hard, think fast and have fun filling vacancies.Also working within the broader P&C function, you'll also have the opportunity to assist with a range of projects that are focused on uplifting and optimising the Talent Acquisition function as well as wider HR related initiatives.Key Responsibilities:Manage the overall end-to-end recruitment process, including drafting and posting ads, phone screening, coordinating and conducting interviews, completing compliance checks and offers.Support the Talent Acquisition Specialist in all aspects of recruitment when required.Prepare employment contracts.Co-ordinate induction and on-boarding for new employees.About You:You are bold, driven and dare to be innovative.
