Your new role:As our Recruitment Coordinator, you will get stuck into the detail of our recruitment. You will organise interviews, coordinate the paperwork associated with compliance checks and keep everyone updated along the way. This will be a fast paced role to ensure we can start new employees as quickly as possible.You will support the Head of Talent Acquisition and Talent Acquisition Specialists on change initiatives as we make improvements to our recruitment. This could include testing changes to our recruitment system, updating templates etc. This is a full time position.What you need to succeed?You’re happy to get stuck in to help the team out and have:Outstanding attention to detail and the ability to question the pieces of info that don’t make senseStrong sense of customer service, we need to look after our candidates and managersPro-active, can jump on changing priorities and can follow up to keep things movingExposure to recruitment or HR a benefit, we’re equally happy to train you!How to apply?
