We have a rare opening for a House Manager to join the team in Goulburn and actively manage one of our SIL homes. This position is perfect for someone who wants to support a team of Disability Support Workers create a safe environment and meaningful opportunities for people with disability.We are looking for a personable leader who has previous experience in a similar position. Someone with great communication skills, naturally empathetic who leads with care, and who can manage stakeholder and team relationships both internal and external - including the families of our participants.Your role:To support our participants and mentor their direct support workers to understand the need for consistency & connection whilst maintaining appropriate professional boundaries.
