Our qualified and experienced trainers understand the needs and demands of the sector, delivering quality training through innovative and creative approaches to uphold the integrity of the qualification and allow our students and employers to develop to their full potential.About the roleAs our Resource Content Designer, you will work closely with the Quality Assurance Manager and METS team to develop compliant and interactive learning resources and assessment tools to meet relevant training packages. When developing the resources, your focus is on creating high-quality, innovative and engaging learning courses and materials that meet the training needs of existing and potential customers.You will also develop and drive the continuous improvement of our online learning resources to assist people with disability.This position is best suited for those with strong communication skills and an analytical mindset as you will consult with various stakeholders, RTOs, and subject matter experts to support Managers to diversify and grow the METS business base. Key responsibilities:Work with METS team to source and procure engaging learning resources that best meets the needs and wants of learners and organisation. Material formats may include online or hard copy training manuals, workshops, audio or video tutorials, seminars and assessments.Contextualise/revise purchased learning resources as per the training package requirements and design interactive Learner guides, PowerPoint presentations, Observation checklists, Assessment tasks, Trainers guides, Assessor guide and Mapping Matrix.Conduct instructional research and analysis to determine and establish best practice options for METS learners and courses.Encourage, facilitate and maintain channels of communications that support positive relationships with trainers, students, clients, colleagues and the broader community. Work with existing stakeholders to integrate feedback and evaluate training.Work with various Teams to implement Canvas (Learning Management System)About You:Current qualifications in TAE40110 + LLN401 + ASS502 or TAE 40116.Demonstrated experience developing learning materials that effectively engage people with disability in an online environment is highly regarded.Working knowledge of Canvas (or equivalent Online Platforms).Knowledge and experience in training packages.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Knowledge of Standards for Registered Training Organisations (RTOs) 2015 and their applicationProven experience working in instructional design, learning design and/or educational design.Excellent Customer Service skills.Position Description 70000 AUD Mascot 2020
