We take pride in enabling opportunities for choice, inclusion and achievement for people with a disability.About Your Role:As our Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our participants, stakeholders, and visitors. In this pivotal role you will be reporting to the EA to the CEO and will be responsible for a range of reception duties whilst providing effective and efficient administrative and general office support. You will answer incoming calls promptly and forward to appropriate employees or take messages as needed, whilst maintaining confidentiality of participant and organisational information. Key Responsibilities:Assist with data entry, filing, photocopying for shared services.Distribute internal and external mail.Maintain electronic sign in kiosk for visitors and employees.Coordinate courier deliveries as required.Assist with monitoring and ordering stationery stock and grocery stock as requested and coding of invoices for Accounts Payable.Assist with meeting preparations as requested including, communicating meeting information, organising refreshments and catering, copying and collating agendas, set up of meeting room and break down of meeting room post events.About you:You will be a natural "people person" who is passionate about delivering excellent customer service and creating a welcoming environment at our front office. As a proven performer you will go the extra mile to help others and consider yourself a forward thinker. You are an independent and proactive worker, but you are also able to work within a team environment.
