This is a 2 year fixed term contract working on varied projects across the business. Establish & maintain clear communication with appropriate internal & external stakeholders.Hybrid work approach (5-day fortnight in our Kingsgrove office with site visits where needed) The role:Reporting to the Senior Project Manager, you will be joining our small but impactful Project Management Office; you will manage a diverse range of projects such as the implementation of a new HRIS system "IntelliHR" and many more aimed at strengthening disability services for our customers. Critical to your success will be your ability to influence stakeholders in Operations to balance the demands of your projects with their day-to-day work and build contingencies plans for the "just in case". There is a lot happening in DSA/Scope and you will need to be able to balance varied projects!About you: Be a Project Manager with specific experience leading projects within the healthcare/aged care/disability domain required for a Transformation Program.You will:Have strong project management experience ideally across different types of projectsHave strong stakeholder engagement and negotiation skillsBe comfortable creating dashboards and reporting.Be organised and resilient to balance competing priorities and plan for contingencies.Have a desire to use your expertise to create uplift for our participants.
