Provide coaching & advice to leaders across the business in NSW. Hybrid work approach (5-day fortnight in our Kingsgrove office with site visits where required)About the opportunity: Due to an internal move, DSA/Scope has an exciting and unique opportunity for a People & Culture Business Partner to work within our business partnering team in NSW.Reporting to & working closely with the People Manager, you will be responsible for the provision of HR partnering support to operations on a broad range of HR policies, programs, and practices, developing people capability, and forming strong relationships that offer value-added solutions to people management issues.The role may require you to, but not be limited to:Providing HR partnering/consulting to meet the needs of the organisation.Deliver recommendations and solutions to managers across a full range of HR areas including, communications, change, employee relations, WHS, recruitment, and resourcing.Build and maintain your reputation as a credible, trusted advisor and contributor.Resolve issues and manage risk through problem-solving methodologies, research, and the development of solutions.Develop and implement new strategies, policies, programmes, and practices to meet organisational and management needs.Ensure strategy and standards are maintained in line with organisational expectations and are continuously improved.Lead and/or contribute to relevant HR projects in accordance with the agreed budget, scope, quality, and timeframe.Ideally, we would like you to have:Tertiary level qualification in Human Resources or relevant disciplineDemonstrated application of strong commercial acumenSignificant experience in business partnering / similar role in a geographically diverse and complex organisationDemonstrated experience in executing HR processes & activities within a complex environment.Working knowledge if relevant legislative and regulatory environment for areas of business responsibilityBusiness acumen enables the ability to scan environment and anticipate issues relevant to People & Culture.The ability to influence and work collaboratively with a range of stakeholders including peers, employees, partners, unions, and external organisations.Ability to support and lead organisation-wide initiatives that support Disability Services Australia’s Purpose and ValuesStrong verbal communication skills and presentation ability.Proficient ability in the use of the Microsoft Office suite of programsThere is lots happening in DSA and scope as we merge into one organisation by mid-July, and we are really excited for what the future holds.About DSA/Scope:We’re very pleased to share that we have now officially joined forces with Scope Australia!
