You will work closely with the People & Culture team, the Project Management Office and external partners to ensure the plan is delivered on time and communication is implemented effectively.Success in this role will require a strong focus on delivering strategic and solution-driven industrial relations advice to internal stakeholders, and the ability to implement a successful industrial relations strategy.Key Responsibilities:Build strong, value-adding relationships with key stakeholdersOversee and support IR project plans with external partnersImplement rectification plans to ensure award complianceCommit to Disability Services Australia quality, compliance and management of risk ethosAbout You:You will have significant practical experience in the provision and management of employment and workplace relations guidance and advice in the context of a diverse, multi-discipline and geographically dispersed organisation.
