Injury & Workers Compensation Manager

About your new role

What will you need to have

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Work Health & Safety, preferably at degree level or above
  • Exceptional WHS and Business partnering Skills
  • Demonstrated success in leading a Workers comp team to effectively manage claims experience & minimise premiums
  • Well-developed negotiation & influencing skills supported by robust commercial acumen skills
  • Detailed knowledge of WHS legislation/Regulations & evidence-based practices
  • Ability to identify opportunities for continuous improvement of relevant systems & processes to ensure efficiency, effectiveness, & fit-for-purpose application
  • Second to none communication skills both oral & written
