We have created a new role of Individual Support Manager.About the role:As our Individual Support Manager you will work closely with participants funded for independent supports to unpack their needs, identify services they would like to access and coordinate support.You will react to daily changes in participant priorities while focusing on building their independent skills.As this is a new role you will be part of shaping our processes, tools and how we work. You will be managing a remote team across multiple locations; Tamworth, Orange, Southern Highlands, the Hunter and everywhere in between.
