As our House Manager you will oversee daily operations in our shared home. You will lead and supervise a team of Support Workers, engage with family members and stakeholders, and work directly with participants to ensure our participants achieve their goals, remain commented to community, culture and all the things they hold dear.You will enjoy wraparound support to reduce the admin burden including rostering and a highly experience, supportive Manager.This is a full time, permanent position with 2 shifts a week on the floor based in Berkshire Park. Our participants have complex psychosocial disabilities and behaviours which challenge services. This house is suitable for an experienced manager looking for their next challenge.
