Now, we're seeking an exceptional individual to join us as the Executive General Manager of our Community & Home Living division (CHL) for a 6 month fixed term opportunity. This is not just a job, it's an opportunity to make a difference!As the Executive General Manager, you will be at the forefront of our operations, with our clients at the heart of everything you do. You will contribute to the development and implementation of DSA's strategy, ensuring that our goals are achieved, and our services excel. You'll be working closely with our Support services team to ensure operational excellence and provide the support and guidance needed to drive sustainable business outcomes.Key Responsibilities:Service Delivery - Lead, grow, coach, and enable our Service Delivery leaders and their teams to deliver outstanding client outcomes.Operational Excellence - Embrace and deliver on our commitment to operational excellence, creating a safe and supportive environment where our staff and clients can thrive.Strategy - Contribute to our strategic thinking, leadership, planning, budgeting, and implementation of business plans, ensuring our vision becomes a reality.Capacity Building - lead, and develop our Service Delivery teams, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth while building DSA/Scope NSW capacity over time.To succeed in this role, you'll need a combination of skills, experience, and the right attitude.
