In this role, you will provide high-level direct executive support and administration functions to the Executive General Manager and members of the Executive Leadership Team. Working in a complex environment, this role will exercise your ability to take initiative, problem-solve and anticipate the needs of our Executives.  Key Responsibilities:Provide high-quality general executive support.Produce correspondence, memoranda, presentations and reports.Screen telephone calls, fielding enquiries and requests and escalating urgent matters.Manage travel arrangements and prepare detailed travel itineraries.Provide meeting support; attendance and minute taking.Communicate on behalf of Executives as required with suppliers and clients.Reconciliation of corporate cards and arrange payment of accounts.Manage diary, scheduling and meeting attendance.About You:As an Executive Assistant with strong experience, you have exceptional organisational skills, an approachable manner and an eye for detail. You have the ability to think quickly on your feet, multitask and work under pressure to meet timeframes in a fast paced organisation. With your highly developed verbal and written communication skills, you are able to tailor your communication style, and communicate confidently in a concise and articulate manner to a range of stakeholders. You have solid experience in managing diaries, reviewing/developing documents and utilising systems and software to provide more efficient ways to complete activities.  Importantly, you are a proactive individual with a critical mind who is both flexible and adaptable in a dynamic and changing environment. Role specific capabilities:Minimum 5 years’ experience in providing administrative and executive support at GM level.Qualifications in business, administration or related fields.Ability to work autonomously.Significant communication and negotiation skills. In-depth understanding and proficiency in using MS Office applications.Well-developed organisational skills including the ability to manage information, records, email, diaries, appointments, correspondence, budgets and travel.Ability to identify problems and use sound judgement to resolve them.Ability to manage confidential and sensitive information.Passion for the disability sector and can relate to our missions and values.   70000 AUD Bankstown 2200
