As our Employment Consultant, you will provide one on one support to build our employee’s capacity. You will also provide guidance and support our employee’s to overcome vocational and non-vocational barriers, whilst creating long term sustainable employment opportunities.Key Responsibilities:Assess work requirements, abilities and interest.Assist employees to develop the skills and knowledge to work safely and effectively.Develop individualised training plans, and deliver individual and group training.Implement and coordinate behaviour management plans.Maximise our employee’s participation in the workplace.Supporting employees within the work experience environment.About You:You are a champion for change who strides to achieve better results. With your driven nature, you have demonstrated experience in meeting and exceeding performance base targets. You consider your communication and interpersonal skills to be your greatest strengths, and have the ability to build effective partnerships with employees, stakeholders and businesses. Having prior exposure with people with a disability or experience in a similar industry, you understand the challenges our employees face when looking for work.
