We take pride in enabling opportunities for choice, inclusion, and achievement for people with a disability, and celebrate when we see firsthand the difference the right support can make in a person’s life.About Your Role:As our Claiming Officer, you will be be responsible for ensuring that the NDIS participant onboarding, claiming process and other financial administrative processes are managed effectively within DSA. Pivotal to this role, you will collaborate with our Participant Champions and other internal stakeholders to oversee the weekly claiming for participants with SIL and/or SDA funding. In addition, you will conduct regular reviews of customer service plans, NDIA portal bookings and claims to identify areas of concern.This permanent full time position based at our Kingsgrove office.Key Responsibilities:Ensure financial onboarding processes (Visicase and NDIS portal) are up to date; Amend, view or delete customer service bookings as requested by Participant Champion; Ensure funds available in portal and clinical claims are within current service plan period dates; Ensure approved Clinical funding lines in Visicase/Portal matches to Clinical tracking service delivery;Conducting regular reviews of customer service plans, NDIA portal bookings and claims to identify areas of concern.About You:We're looking for someone who has extensive knowledge and understanding of the NDIS, NDIS portal and price guide. As you will work closely with various stakeholders, the successful person will be a team player with exceptional interpersonal and organisational skills!
