About Your Role:As our NDIS Case Manager, your role is to work proactively with clients to assist them in effectively utilising their NDIS plan. Serving as a primary contact between DSA and the participant, you will be responsible for developing strong relationships with participants, carers and families offering DSA products and services that best meet their individual goals and needs.
