Business Development Manager

This Business Development Manager opportunity sits within our Packaging Solutions division. We provide third party supply chain solutions for local, national, and international businesses. We pack and label products for more than 70 business customers each year while providing meaningful direct employment for people with a disability. Your new role:Identify and secure new business opportunities for our packaging sites in Sydney.Explore opportunities to increase sales with existing customers.Develop new services/product offerings using our unique value proposition. Join a small but impactful team.What you need to succeed?As a Business Development / Sales Manager, you will have:Track record of growing and securing commercially sustainable B2B sales pipelines.Previous experience in Logistics, Warehousing Business Development/Sales is desirable.Confidence to seize opportunities to increase profit and revenue.Desire to secure sales which create employment opportunities for people with a disability.This a hybrid role – 3 days on the road, 2 in the office.What’s in it for me?
