COVID-19 Update

Our team is doing everything possible to protect the health, safety and wellbeing of our students and employers, and ensuring that our staff are fully supported in their roles.

We have implemented additional COVID-19 precautions across all our services based on the latest advice provided by NSW Health to all disability service providers.

NSW Health has recommended staff involved in supporting our participants should wear a mask to minimise the potential spread of infection. All DSA support staff wear a face mask while at work until further notice.

We have returned to providing remote supports for our jobseekers in our SLES and DES programs until further notice.

Disability Employment Support service

NDIS Group Based and 1 on 1 Employment Support

Employment Solutions supports people to build capacity and increase their independence.

For many people with a disability, employment is so much more than just a job. It is an opportunity to feel that you are contributing and being a productive member of your community. It can boost self-confidence as well as provide the income you need to live life the way you choose.

We provide tailored support for people with a disability to gain and maintain sustainable employment. We do this through funded supports including direct employment with individual employment support.

Services are tailored to the individual needs of jobseekers. We place people at the centre of all career planning and develop a plan that leads to the ultimate goal of successful employment. 

From our offices in Mascot, Bankstown, Blacktown and Campbelltown, we offer a range of employment supports including:

School leaver employment support helping young people to develop the skills, experience and qualifications they need to transition to work. Download the flyer.

Disability Employment Service (DES) offers personalised work readiness support for jobseekers with open employment goals. Through our Employment Support Services we assist people to choose, find and maintain employment. We also provide support to people who are already employed. Our Employment Consultants offer individualised support, ensuring each person receives support which is appropriate, effective and empowering.
