For many people with a disability, employment is so much more than just a job. It is an opportunity to feel that you are contributing and being a productive member of your community.

It can boost self-confidence as well as provide the income you need to live life the way you choose.

Whether it’s a job you’re looking for or an opportunity to build your skills, we can help you find the path that’s right for you by providing tailored support based on your individual needs as a jobseeker.

We place you at the centre of all career planning and develop a plan that leads to the ultimate goal of successful employment.

We get to know you – not just your barriers, but also y our strengths, skills and interests.

Our School Leaver Employment Supports (SLES) Program provides
individualised support to young people transitioning from high school into the
workforce.

We listen carefully to your unique needs, wants and aspirations to create a truly person centred pathway to employment. We support your independence and the development of important skills such as confidence, communication, time management, money handling and travel.

Our Disability Employment Services (DES) helps people with disabilities find work and keep a job. Whether you have a disability, injury or health condition, you may be able to receive FREE assistance to prepare for, find and keep employment. The DES program is funded by the Australian Government for eligible jobseekers.
