Our School Leaver Employment Supports (SLES) Program provides individualised support to young participants to help them transition from high school into the workforce. Throughout our inclusive program we listen carefully to the unique needs, wants and aspirations of our participants to create a truly person centred pathway to employment. Along the way we support independence and the development of important skills such as confidence, communication, time management, money handling and travel. SLES provides amazing opportunities to explore a range of different employment options and to find out what career is right for you!

We offer a dynamic and interactive, COVID SAFE environment for young people to develop their work readiness skills in, which includes face to face 1:1 and group supports, web conferencing and phone supports.

DSA is the Go To Provider for COVID safe NDIS employment pathways support. We will work closely with your family and any other medical or allied health practitioners to support you every step of the way. We’re also here to assist you with navigating the NDIS, so connect with us now to find out more, we’re here for you!
