DSA is committed to delivering high-quality, ethical services through independent assurance, good governance and risk management frameworks.

What does this mean?

DSA’s corporate governance framework, policies and procedures are regularly reviewed as expectations and requirements develop.

We do this to ensure that DSA not only continues to comply with relevant legislation, standards and practices, but also provides easy access for employees to the processes that guide their day to day work.

We are registered with the NDIS Commission, National Standards for Disability Services 2013 (Employment) and are in the process of gaining ISO22000:2018 Food Safety Management certification for all Packaging Solutions sites.  

Whilst it is impossible to operate in a risk-free environment, the understanding and application of our policies manage and mitigate our risk and ensure that DSA is perceived as:

  • A valued and trusted service provider
  • An organisation with sound governance policies and procedures
  • The service provider of choice for those we support and an employer of choice for those we employ.
