Your new role:Partnering with our Supported Independent Living or Employment Solutions business, you will identify the right talent to support our participants. You will create a great candidate experience, be creative in your sourcing efforts and educate the business on better recruitment practice. This is a fast paced volume recruitment position, exposure to assessment centres an advantage. This is the perfect opportunity for an Agency Recruiter, Candidate Manager or Resourcer to move in-house in talent acquisition; or Recruitment Coordinator or Advisor who wants to step up.These are full time positions. Part time (4 days a week) considered. What you need to succeed?With experience in a fast-paced recruitment / talent acquisition role, youknow how to balance the competing demands,have the ability to work quickly and effectively,proactively source new talent through social media, community events, RTO’s etc,strong attention to detail to meet compliance requirements of our sector,most importantly a passion for making an impact in the lives of others.How to apply?
