Just be flexible to change!So, if you’re excited by the opportunity of a promising career, where no two days are the same, here are some things that you might be doing daily- apart from the most important thing which is providing the ideal support to our participants in their homes, you are there to assist them to reach their potential and live their best life.You may be working with participants that have complex trauma histories including contact with the judicial system and A&OD supports.Promoting participants choice & control in their daily lives by supporting individuals to be an active part of their community.Providing personal care with dignity and respect when required.Following behaviour support & health care plans to support participants live more independently within the community.Supporting participants to increase & develop skills in training, budgeting, safe relationships, life skills (cooking, shopping, cleaning).Assisting our participants to achieve their NDIS goals.Some of our requirements:  We are aware there are quite a few compliance checks (listed below) for this role however, what’s important to us is that you have flexible availability across a 24/7 roster mornings (6am-2pm OR 7am-3pm), afternoons (2pm-10pm OR 3pm- 11pm), active/sleepover nights (10pm-6am OR 11pm-7am) and access to your own car and green P2 NSW Drivers Licence or higher.  Who is DSA/Scope?  We’re very pleased to share that we have now officially joined forces with Scope Australia!
