Supporting participants move into their new home and get settled. Working with colleagues to establish processes and systems.One house will cater to participants with psychosocial disabilities, the other participants with high physical needs. You will be allocated to house that best suits your experience. You will provide quality support to ensure our participants achieve their goals, remain connected to their community, their culture and all the things they hold dear.Our requirements: Availability to work at least 3 days a week on a 24/7 rotating roster: mornings (6am-2pm), afternoons (2pm-10pm), Active nights (10pm-6am) and weekend shiftsCurrent NSW Driver’s License (P2 and above) and access to a carA good understanding of person-centred active support or willingness to embrace this model of supportBe comfortable supporting adult clients with complex disabilitiesThrive in a team-based environment where we work together to support the wellbeing of our participants About DSA:Disability Services Australia (DSA) is a fully owned subsidiary of Scope (Aust) Ltd.
