About Your Role:As our Support Worker, you will be comfortable with the uncomfortable. You will be working with people with complex needs and challenging behaviours and will be looking to build a person's capacity and support them to achieve their goals. You are adaptive to support people using their preferred communication methods and will work within a team environment to promote our participants’ dignity, independence, and rights.Duties:Providing quality support to assist our participants who live at a DSA run accommodation site.
