About the Role:We are in an exciting phase of growth and innovation. We have a busy, open-plan office in Mascot with lots happening. As our Student Support Officer, you will provide support to trainers and students throughout the student life cycle. Working closely with the METS Team, you will assist with the administration of training and assessment programs and courses. You will be responsible for the recording and reporting of administrative data relating to qualifications (from Cert II to Diploma), skill sets and short courses. This role can accommodate a mum during school hours or a Uni student who wishes to work around studying as this role is 2-3 days per week.Roles Available:1 x Part time role 22.8 hours per week (3 full days or 4 short days)1 x Full time role 38 hours per weekKey Responsibilities:Enrol Learners into VETtrak, ensuring accuracy and completeness of data.Process and respond to Learner enquiries (phone, email or face to face).Generate transcripts and certificates for completing Learners, liaise with Quality Assurance to finalise Learner records.Update Learner records as required on our Moodle LMS.Use and create channels of communication to support positive relationships with clients, colleagues, management & VET community.About You:You have a genuine interest and passion for quality customer service and supporting others. You have the ability be flexible and are able to adapt to a changing environment.
