As a division of Disability Services Australia, we have a 60-year history in the sector and recently joined Scope (Aust) to become the 2nd largest disability provider in Australia.What will you be doing? Provide a range of assessments and interventions using an evidence based approachConduct AAC assessments and implement a range of AAC strategiesConduct Oral Eating and Drinking Care Plans with reports (i.e. mealtime management plans/dysphagia management) – we can provide training to support the development of this very useful skillComplete communication reports and provide valued recommendationsDeveloping person centred interventionsTo be successful in this role you will have:-Relevant Speech Pathology tertiary qualification.Current CPSP Certification with Speech Pathology Australia.Current Australian Driver’s Licence and a willingness to travel within the Greater Sydney AreaAbility to work effectively and independently as part of a multi-disciplinary teamDemonstrated high-level written and verbal communication skillsExcellent time management skillsCompliance Checks: NDIS Worker Check, WWCC, COVID vaccine or medical exemptionThis role is advertised until 7th January 2022.
