Our Packaging Solutions team pack and label products for national and international businesses.As the Site Manager your main duties will include, supervising production employees and monitoring daily production schedules, maintaining quality assurance and control procedures, working with the employees who have a disability and resolving escalated customer enquiries that may arise.This is a Full-Time position based in Mascot.To be successful in this position, you will be able to demonstrate the following: Experience supervising employees in a production environment.Experience in monitoring production quality, accuracy and delivery timeframes.Ability to plan and coordinate product flow and inventory.Ability to provide good customer service, meet time frames and prioritise.
