We take pride in enabling opportunities for choice, inclusion and achievement for people with a disability.About the role:In this role, you will use your efficient rostering and labour planning skills to assist with operational support to our frontline teams. DSA are seeking an experienced professional Roster Coordinator to join our team.  The successful applicant will be responsible for ensuring the timely and effective delivery of rostering and scheduling of support worker services to our clients. You would be required to liaise directly with our support workers, managers and wider business to ensure that our clients receive the support most suited to their needs. Key Responsibilities:Effectively plan, prepare and coordinate rosters working in collaboration and consultation with Frontline Managers, to achieve best practice scheduling outcomes. Ensure rosters are consistent, efficient and fair, and maintaining frontline worker contract hours.Actively and cooperatively participate as a member of the centralised workforce rostering team, bringing new ideas on ways we can continuously improve.About you:A true rostering star, a true people person, to fix gaps, solve problems, navigate calls and plan to prevent!A driven approach to customer outcomes in a fast-paced, high volume rostering/allocation positionA positive attitude towards problem solving and an attention to detail is a must That you have high level accuracy, so we are looking for someone who is meticulously organised worker Strong written and verbal communication skillsAn ability to complete allocated duties in a timely, accurate and efficient manner, as well as excellent prioritisation and judgement practicesThe ability to work co-operatively and develop effective relationships across all levels of the organisationTech savvy, good with systems and adaptable to change and innovation to aid with a company looking to move forwardWhat’s on OfferNot-for-profit salary packaging benefits.Full time 6 month fixed term contract with view to perm.Work from our brand new Kingsgrove Office.Supportive & Collaborative team culture Learn and develop with our growing team.Be part of a role with immense challenge.Work for a purpose.To work at DSA, the successful applicant must undergo a Police Record Check and provide a NSW Working with Children Check verification number.DSA is an EEO employer with a diverse workforce.
