Why DSA?Hourly rate of $32.54 + Super + penalty rates!Salary Sacrifice up to $15,900 per yearBased in Kingsgrove with work from home options availableHealthy work-life balance working on a rotating rosterLearning and development opportunities to set you up for successAccess to Employee Assistance ProgramsMost importantly a role where you feel you are making a differenceVacancies:We have a range of new roles in our Workforce Planning team:3x Perm fulltime Monday - Friday, between 5am and 10pm on a rotating roster, and an average of 1-2 weekends per month as required.Key Responsibilities:Effectively plan, prepare and coordinate rosters working in collaboration and consultation with Frontline Managers, to achieve best practice scheduling outcomes;Support Senior Workforce Planners with any adhoc duties as requiredRoster preferred employees to scheduled services, utilising staff to their full potential, minimising travel time, providing employees with optimum working hours and avoiding unnecessary overtime;Send staff shift notifications to ensure all adhoc vacancies are responded to and fill, and where not responded to within the required time frame, re-allocating the shift to an alternate preferred employee;Notify the appropriate Manager of issues identified with rosters and service delivery. Additional requirements:Knowledge of Awards, Industrial Relations, Labour Resource Management;An understanding of the development and maintenance of operational rosters;Fast and accurate data entry skills;Can work independently and as part of a team;Strong written and verbal communication skills; Impeccable time management skills;Knowledgeable and tech savvy with Visicase, SharePoint and other platforms.About DSA:Disability Services Australia provide pathways for people with a disability into independent accommodation (SIL) and employment (mainstream and supported).
