DSA provides supported independent living to people with complex disability, run disability employment services and a RTO who train the next generation of workers.  Our new approach to WHS has created a new role for an experienced Return to Work (RTW) Business Partner to join the team.About Your Role:As our Return to Work (RTW) Partner, you will be responsible for end-to-end injury management, early return to work and workers compensation. Taking a strong proactive approach to early intervention and getting ahead of potential problems, you will motivate and coach our leaders on how to effectively achieve successful outcomes.This is an exciting opportunity to review our approaches, adapt processes, create new tools and be involved in larger WHS projects.We’re working from home during lockdown otherwise were in our Kingsgrove office 3 days a week.
