As our Quality Manager, you will be responsible for the continued development, implementation and maintenance of the Enterprise Frameworks for Risk, Compliance and Quality management.DSA’s risk and compliance obligations, standards and services, Internal / External audits are planned and maintained in accordance with policy, compliance, good governance all of which are encapsulated by a continuous improvements cycle.You will promote and lead a quality culture across DSA, empowering and resourcing staff to appreciate that quality is about the people DSA supports, not compliance alone. This role is responsible for the implementation of a strong business partnering approach as well as designing solutions that are responsive and innovative in a changing environment.Key responsibilities:Facilitate and drive outcomes for the DSA "Policy Advisory Group" for robust policy review and implementation.Develop and maintain DSAs internal assurance program ensuring the internal audits are linked to DSA enterprise risk and safeguarding goals and outcomes.Maintaining and updating all QMS systems and registersResponsible for Quality Management System (QMS) activities across DSA.Deliver monthly QMS reporting for ELT.Responsible for DSA proactively meeting accreditation standards and successfully navigating external compliance audits.Develop and maintain overarching DSA Policy Framework and supporting Policies and Procedures to improve and support service delivery.What we are looking for:Valid NSW Drivers License +3 years proven leadership and management skills with the ability to optimise team performance and development.Excellent relationship management skills with the ability to engage, negotiate and manage key stakeholders.Strong and confident negotiator with the ability to negotiate and influence at all levels.Excellent communication, interpersonal and influencing skills.Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilitiesResults orientated with ability to plan and deliver against project deadlines.Appropriate qualification in Quality Management and ISO Accreditation Experience3+ years demonstrable experience of leading a quality function with a proven track record in strategic quality leadership, delivering effective quality strategies, policies, processes, and quality management systems.Proven project management and quality experienceExperience of operating and influencing at a strategic level.Experience in a medium sized public company operating in the NFP / NDIS sector.Possesses the appropriate knowledge of the regulatory and quality requirements for the disability services industry.Benefits:$15,900 Salary Packaging as well as an extra $2650 to spend on Meal Entertainment for all Perm staff!Ongoing learning and development to set you up for successOpportunity for career growth in one of Australia largest growing sectorsAccess to Employee Assistance ProgramsMost importantly a role where you feel you are making a differenceHow to Apply:To apply online, please click on the appropriate link. To work at DSA, the successful applicant must undergo a NDIS Workers Check and a NSW Working with Children Check.
