Our qualified and experienced trainers understand the needs and demands of the sector, delivering quality training through innovative and creative approaches to uphold the integrity of the qualification and allow our students and employers to develop to their full potential.About the roleThe Quality Assurance and Administration Manager is responsible for ensuring that the organisation maintains compliance and quality standards and adheres to the highest principles of education and training, including a focus on Innovation and Continuous Quality Improvement.This role will see you working closely with all departments across the business, ensuring compliance is met, solving problems and issues, assisting projects, and providing analysis, advice and support on any compliance and contract questions.The position includes the management of RTO internal and external audits and regular analysis of any regulatory changes in the VET sector.Please note that this position will be based at our Mascot office. Key Responsibilities:Ensure that DSA is compliant with all legislative requirements, standards and regulations associated with the Registered Training Organisation activities of METS including the VET Quality Framework and ASQA requirements.Ensure all administration processes and record keeping obligations of the Registered Training Organisation are delivered efficiently and effectively.Leadership and management of up to 5 Administration Assistant direct reportsAbout You:This highly varied and fast-paced position will suit a candidate who enjoys working across various projects and tasks and is able to provide high-level support and expertise.This is the perfect opportunity for someone who is well organised, possesses strong attention to detail, takes pride in their work and is willing to assist in a range of areas.The successful candidate will have:3-5 years' experience in RTO ComplianceExtensive and in-depth understanding of all legislative requirements across the VET sector, including the VET Quality Framework and State and Federal Funding ProgramsThe ability to analyse legislation and apply it across the day to day operationsExperience conducting internal auditsExcellent interpersonal skills, including being an exceptional communicator (written and verbal)Extensive experience with VETTRAKProven leadership skills with experience managing a small teamDemonstrated time management skills with the ability to plan, and multitask and be deadline-orientedExperience in Validation and moderationHow You Can Join the Team:To apply, please click on ‘Apply for this job now’.To work at DSA, the successful applicant must undergo a Police Record Check and provide a NSW Working with Children Check verification number.DSA is an EEO employer with a diverse workforce.
