Are you a HR student looking to gain practical work experience whilst you complete your studies?Join the People & Culture team at Disability Services Australia (DSA) as our People & Culture Volunteer and support us with the administration of the end-to-end employee life cycle.Ideally you will be looking to volunteer a minimum of 1 day a week. Based in Kingsgrove.What you’ll have exposure to: Recruitment and checking candidate documents for complianceOnboarding new employeesDeveloping an understanding of our employment terms and our termination processMaintaining employee recordsResponding to HR queriesAssisting with upcoming project workWhat you need to succeed:Positive can-do attitudeWillingness to learn and share ideasAbility to prioritise and multitaskStudying Human Resources at an Australian University.
