As our IT Infrastructure Manager, you will drive the development and implementation of our future ICT needs. Bringing your innovative mindset, you will take the lead to ensure that DSAs infrastructure and network strategy is in place in order to support operational requirements. In addition, you will develop and support your team in managing network and infrastructure projects and initiatives. Additional responsibilities:Perform network monitoring and analysis, performance tuning, troubleshooting and escalating issues, including proactive problem resolution and complex problem analysis as necessary.Evaluate new network hardware and software solutions and monitor the market for emerging technology.Ensure the maintenance, support and usage of network tools is being performed appropriately (Active Directory, network monitoring tools)Monitor network-operating statistics and perform required preventative maintenance and re-routing to ensure optimal network performance.Maintain Virtual Private network (IP VPN) and Video conferencing circuits and Wide Area Network (WAN) technologies.Manage the implementation of Security and policy on IT systems as well as documenting network processes and cabling layout.Configure and maintain network and system security across the network to ensure data integrity and confidentiality.About You:Valid NSW Driver's Licence.Tertiary qualifications in IT or a relevant field and/or equivalent industry experience. Strong leadership and strategic thinkingInternal project delivery and stakeholder management.Change management experience.
