You will be working under a wonderful & supportive Leader.We would also like you to have the ability to:work with participants & their supports to understand the need for consistency & connection whilst maintaining appropriate professional boundaries.Understand the importance of person-centred active support. Be resilient & understand that that the people who reside at the house do not always have good days.Adaptable in your approach to keep everyone safe and supported.
