Disability Services Australia provides pathways for people with a disability into employment (mainstream and supported) and independent accommodation.What will you be doing?As the Production Coordinator/Horticulturist, you will be part of our Packaging Solutions Team. You will drive and support our contemporary container farming project whilst applying your knowledge of herb farming and maintenance, pest and disease troubleshooting; as well supporting a diverse team inclusive of people of all abilities (people with a disability and able bodied) in the development of this skillset, at our site in Braemar.As a valued member of our team, you will also:Sort, count, weigh, measure productsAssemble productsPackage and label productsPrepare products for shippingBe able to use computer programs to organise couriers, operate automatic pallet wrapping machines and other equipment (full training will be provided)This is a full time, ongoing position in Braemar.Hours are Monday – Friday 7:30am – 3:30pmWhat you will bring to the team?
