Disability Services Australia (DSA), is seeking an Employment Solutions (ES) Team Leader to join a passionate and collaborative team. This is a full-time position covering Bankstown, Mascot, Campbelltown, Blacktown, Kingsgrove and Liverpool. Our mission is to enable each person to live as an empowered and equal citizen.Your new role:Assist the Regional Manager and Business Managers with the day-to-day operations of improving the Disability Employment Services (DES) and School Leaver Employment Support (SLES) programs.Primary focus of your role will be on Post Placement Support (PPS) and Outcomes Tracking to improve Star Ratings performance, working closely with Claims and Compliance Manager.Management and submission of DES outcome claims, including claims tracking and the collection of documentary evidence. Identify any DES outcome claims that are not on track and provide advice on strategies to achieve outcomes. Identify early warning of areas needing immediate action to protect claims and relationships.Work collaboratively and in a coordinated manner to support and advise local DES Managers and Staff on DES outcome claims management requirements and processes.Ensure all DES staff understand PPS processes and requirements, ESS requirements and associated obligations.Coach and mentor DES consultants to comply with DES Grant and Guidelines.Drive the achievement of monthly and quarterly placements, DES outcome targets and SLES KPIs across each ES site.Support RM with weekly and monthly reports regarding ES business performance.Ensure the National Standards for Disability Services and NDIS Standards are demonstratedCarry out some employment consultant duties and provide a broad range of services to assist clients to gain and maintain sustainable employment, filling in for ES staff during periods of leave or as required.What you need to succeed?As an ES Team Leader, you will be able to demonstrate:Minimum 2 years’ experience in DES with experience tracking outcomes.NDIS understanding of programs and funding, ideally SLES knowledge.Demonstrated proactive approach to achieving placement and outcome targets, KPIs and working to compliance standards with the ability to set and monitor the achievement of team’s targets.Sound understanding of the DES Grant and Guidelines with ability to coach team members.Previous supervisory or management experience with performance development coaching aptitude.Proven experience and successful outcomes marketing job seekers to employers.Current NSW Driver’s Licence (P2 and above) and your own motor vehicle.Compliance requirements: NDIS Worker Check, WWCC, Police Check and vaccine passport or medical exemption.Intermediate to advanced computer skills including Microsoft word, excel and outlook, with Solid understanding of databases inclusive of ESS.Benefits:$15,900 Salary Packaging & Meal EntertainmentAccess to Employee Assistance ProgramsMost importantly a role where you feel you are making a difference every day!How to apply?  To apply online, please click on the appropriate link.For enquires please call or text Paula on 0400 881 536.DSA is an EEO employer with a diverse workforce.
