We take pride in enabling opportunities for choice, inclusion and achievement for people with a disability.About the Role:DSA is seeking a dedicated Employment Access Coordinator to join our team for a full time opportunity. Our Employment Access Coordinator is responsible for identifying and recruiting participants and assist them to transition into supported employment. It is pivotal that you build rapport with our supported employees to ensure their employment goals are met. This role will be based at our Kingsgrove office. It is also an essential requirement that you travel across our employment services sites within NSW (Seven Hills, Braemar and Mascot), however there is a car allowance attached to the role.  Key Responsibilities: Leading and driving the development of relationships with new and existing employees with disability. Manages, leads and coordinates customer/employee acquisition including site tours, job sampling, assessment and intake.  Responsible monitoring and filling vacancies with new participant/employees. To identify, build and maintain relationships with participants, families, along with external stakeholders e.g. schools. Responsible for ensuring the coordination of the key interface between the customer and operations. Support the ongoing scheduling of school work experience and work trial across three factories. About You:We're looking for someone who has extensive knowledge of a range of disabilities and how they may impact on employment and the work environment. It is key that you're a good listener, have strong attention to detail and the ability to understand business processes and apply them to each individual participant's circumstance.  Along with a drive to achieve key acquisition targets. In addition you will have:Valid NSW Driver's Licence; Relevant experience/qualifications in Disability, Marketing, Community Engagement or equivalent;Exceptional written and verbal communication skills;High level of administrative skills and time management; Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Office Suite Skills; Experience in assessing, training and supporting people with a disability. Position Description 75000 AUD Kingsgrove 2208
