About Your Role:As our DES Employment Consultant based in Mascot, you will coach and assist our employees of different demographics to overcome barriers to employment, and support them in attaining and maintaining employment. Working in a fast-paced environment, you will provide one on one support and develop individualised job plans and action plans to build our employee’s capacity.
