About your Role:As our Site Manager you will oversee daily operations in our Day Program. You will lead and supervise a team of Support Workers, engage with family members and stakeholders, and work directly with participants to ensure our participants achieve their goals, remain connected to community, culture and all the things they hold dear.Based in Cronulla.
