About your Role:As our Site Manager you will oversee daily operations in our Day Program. You will lead and supervise a team of Support Workers, engage with family members and stakeholders, and work directly with participants to ensure our participants achieve their goals, remain connected to community, culture and all the things they hold dear.Based in Cronulla. Full Time 12-month contract.About you:As a Site Manager, you will have:Experience in supporting participants with complex healthcare needs.Demonstrated experience in supporting independent living working directly with participants to achieve their goals.Experience with behavioural management plans, healthcare support plans and behaviours that challenge.Demonstrated capacity to manage critical issues and deal with challenging situations.Demonstrated experience in leadership and mentoring diverse teams.
