(Some of whom may have had involvement with the criminal justice system/corrective services).Enhancing the lives of people with a background in trauma & mental health through choice, inclusion and goal setting.Promoting living skills such as house maintenance cooking, meal planning, budgeting etc.Developing relationships and social networks to assist our participants to integrate into the community in line with the NDIS plans.Provide personal care if required such as grooming, toileting, brushing teeth, showering.Foster teamwork, by working collaboratively with colleagues.About You:You are compassionate, open minded and a champion for change. With your qualifications in Disability/Nursing/community or in a similar industry and/or relevant industry experience, you understand the challenges that our participants face.
