We have an innovative and supportive culture, guided by our values of Courage, Commitment, Connection, and Respect which is imbedded in everything we do.About Your Role:As our Community Engagement Officer (internally known as our Acquisition Coordinator), you will be responsible for undertaking and driving participant acquisition strategies aligning to DSA’s strategic intent of business growth. This role will take lead with developing and maintaining effective key business relationships, which in return will create pathway channels for participants entering DSA’s suite of products.You’ll demonstrate return on investment through acquiring participants into DSA products where there is demand and need. You will also develop and embed effective business strategies in conjunction with DSA’s Senior Leadership team, ensuring all business metrics are achieved.Responsibilities:Develop DSA product knowledge across all areas of the business.Monitor and report results of sales and marketing activities.Maintain and update DSA’s referral partners list.Support the business to develop business partnership in desired growth areas.Grow DSA’s connections and partnerships which demonstrate value and return on investment.Identify participant needs and aspirations and align with DSA’s product offerings.Main relationships with DSA’s operational leaders to understand acquisition needs.Develop comprehensive acquisition plans in conjunction with General Manger Acquisition & Transition.Maintain a minimum customer satisfaction result of 90%Support DSA stakeholders through certifications, ensuring the NDIS and other quality standards are adhered too.Prepare and develop monthly performance reports.Develop and prepare marketing campaigns in alignment with DSA’s marketing division.You will have:In depth knowledge of the Disability SectorAbility to identify business growth opportunities through market analysis.Ability to develop and maintain strategic professional business relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.Leadership that will deliver collaboration, teamwork, empowerment and motivate staff to achieve service excellence.  Ability to effectively problem-solve.Ability to assess the level of operational risk within the portfolio each portfolio.Ability to plan and implement change as required.Working with Children Check; and NDIS Worker Check.Tertiary qualification in Disability, Human Services, Business or on the job practical experience within a similar field.High level understanding of the NDIS Quality and Safeguarding Commission Practice Standards.Full comprehension of the NDIS Frameworks and systems.Benefits:$15,900 Salary Packaging as well as an extra $2650 to spend on Meal Entertainment for all Perm staff!Ongoing learning and development to set you up for successOpportunity for career growth in one of Australia largest growing sectorsAccess to Employee Assistance ProgramsMost importantly a role where you feel you are making a differenceHow to Apply:To apply online, please click on the appropriate link. To work at DSA, the successful applicant must undergo a NDIS Workers Check and a NSW Working with Children Check.
