We’ve created a new position for a Clinical to embed our new practice approach.About the role:As our Clinical Lead, you will assist our team to embed a daily practice of person-centred activities and individualised support for 20 participants with complex psychosocial and intellectual disability who have recently moved into the NDIS scheme.You will monitor positive behaviour support plans with regulated restrictive practices to assist the external BSP’s to ensure positive strategies are always at the forefront of our work. You will tailor training for Registered Nurses and Support Workers to help embed the individual’s choice and control in a safe way and ‘Supported Decision Making’ training.You will work across our sites on the Central Coast.
