We take pride in enabling opportunities for choice, inclusion and achievement for people with a disability.About the Role:As our Business Transformation Project Manager, you will lead and drive a team of project professionals to implement and deliver on business transformation programs at DSA. The program of work that you will manage incorporates a review and re-definition of processes and systems as they pertain to the end-to-end journey of a participant through DSA and to the NDIS Practice Standards. This Program of work will also see you implement organisation-wide processes and systems supported by change management, communications and training to ensure that our participants are provided with choice and control. Given the complex nature of the work, it is essential for our Project Manager to have strong leadership and transformation change experience to drive change and successfully implement the program.Key responsibilities:Lead and manage the delivery of the Program of work through the compilation of business cases, current state discovery, facilitation of future state workshops and development and management of the change management plan.Compile and distribute regular project status reports that highlight the key project areas, such as financial updates, timeline forecasts, resourcing, risks, issues and changes in scope.Create and implement a change management plans for all projects undertaken.Manage the upgrades to systems through project management practices.Effective communication and collaboration with key organisational stakeholders and users in the delivery of projects, system improvements and key strategic initiatives to ensure that solutions are fit for purpose.Facilitate and actively participate in workshops and meetings with key stakeholders and users, in order to ensure that requirements and issues are captured accurately and completely.Identify processes that can be streamlined and standardised that will deliver efficiencies into the organisation.Please note: This is a full time maximum term role until the end of June 2021 with the possibility for an extension. About You:Minimum 3 to 5 years’ of proven experience in project management, operations management or equivalent consulting experience.Previous industry experience in Disability or a similar is highly regarded.Proven experience working with stakeholders with demonstrated ability to influence, coach and counsel.Strong interpersonal, collaboration and negotiation skills.Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams and to apply skills and techniques to solve dynamic problems.Excellent Organisational and Time Management skills.Strong problem solving, prioritization, presentation, and facilitation skills with the ability to make recommendations to all levels of the organisation.Formal qualifications in areas such as process management, project management is desirable.In return for your specialised experience and expertise, we will reward you with a diverse and challenging career in a truly unique operating environment.
