Chief Information Officer
Steve joined DSA in March 2019 as Chief Information Officer, taking on a large and important transformation program for its technology environment. Steve has over 15 years’ experience in senior IT management roles including CIO for the Salvation Army and Head of Transformation for St Vincent de Paul. His passion is creating cultural change through the efficient and innovative use of technology. Steve has a bachelor degree in Economics and Finance, and qualifications in project management.
Executive General Manager
David has extensive leadership experience in commercial manufacturing, including roles at Birch & Waite Foods, GrainCorp and Greens. He has extensive experience leading large and diverse teams, developing commercial strategies and implementing operational improvements which will support the growth of DSA’s customer offering, and increase and diversify the opportunities for supported employees. David joined DSA in November 2019.
People & Culture
Fiona joined DSA in February 2021 with 20 years’ experience in human resource management across corporate, public and not for profit sectors. Fiona is passionate about her role as a HR leader and has a strong focus on balancing strategic thinking alongside a practical and professional approach to people management. Prior to joining DSA, Fiona was the Director, People and Communications at Cancer Council NSW for 7 years. She has also previously held a number of senior HR roles and brings specialist skills and extensive experience in organisational development and industrial relations. Fiona holds both undergraduate and postgraduate qualifications in Human Resource Management.
Executive General Manager
Sarah joined the DSA team in March 2020 bringing more than 10 years’ senior management experience and expertise in strategy and leadership development and operational business transformation. Sarah is a strong people leader with experience achieving strategic organisational and operational alignment in both NFPs and corporates.
Acting Executive General Manager
Community & Home Living
Lisa has worked in the disability sector for the past 35 years with career progression from a Registered Nurse, frontline worker and various Operational Leadership roles to her current role as Acting Executive General Manager, Community & Home Living at DSA. Lisa has experienced two major reforms in the delivery of services to people with disability, the Richmond Report and more recently, leading the Operations teams through transitioning to the National Disability Insurance Scheme. Lisa’s focus is on encouraging, coaching and challenging her teams to succeed, developing their strengths and aspirations, whist committing to delivering quality, person-centred services supporting people with disability to achieve their goals. Lisa joined DSA in November 2019.
