Outside School Hours Care for Teenagers with Disability ​
This program (formerly known as the Extra Support for Children with Disability Program) is an Australian Government initiative to increase outside school hours care and holiday care for teenagers with disability aged from 12 to 18 years.​

Anti-Discrimination Board

The Anti-Discrimination Board administers the anti-discrimination laws of New South Wales and promotes anti-discrimination and equal opportunity principles and policies throughout NSW. Part of the NSW Department of Attorney General and Justice.​

Disability Council of New South Wale​s

The Disability Council of New South Wales the official advisory body to the State Government on disability matters. Also provides advice to the Commonwealth on the effect of national policy at a State level.​

Health Care Complaints Commission​

The Health Care Complaints Commission acts to protect public health and safety by resolving, investigating and prosecuting complaints about health care in NSW.​

Guardianship Division ​

The Guardianship Division is a specialist disability division within the NSW Civil & Administrative Tribunal (NCAT). The Division conducts hearings to determine applications about adults with a decision making disability who are incapable of making their own decisions and who may require a legally appointed substitute decision maker.

LIAC Provides information about the Law in NSW - a community law library.​​​

NSW Trustee and Guardian​

National quality framework for disability services in Australia, including the National Disability Standards

National Standards for Disability Services- The National Standards for Disability Services (National Standards) are being revised during a period of significant reform for disability services in Australia. In 2011 the Council of Australian Governments agreed as part of the National Disability Agreement to develop nationally consistent quality standards for the disability services sector.
