The NDIS will be progressively rolled out across the rest of NSW from 2016.
Once you are eligible to transition to the NDIS, planners will work with you to identify the supports you need to live your life.
Think about aspects such as health and wellbeing, independence, being involved in your community, education and employment when you’re planning for your plan.
