  • Lifestyle Services provide support to people at home and in their local community.
  • Day Options Services support people to find active and enjoyable activities that are vocational, social, skill development or recreational in nature.
  • Specialist Intervention Services provide professional psychology services to all people in receipt of a service from DSA who require their specialist support.
  • Lifestyle Mentoring Services support young people who have recently left the care of the Minister to develop the skills and community networks they need to live independently.

Employment Services

  • DSA Employment is a Department of Social Services funded supported employment service which provides ongoing training and support to employees with a disability working in Business Services. Employees have Individual Employment Plans which identify their personal goals and strategies to achieve them. Employees have the opportunity to complete a nationally recognised qualificationin for example Certificate III in Warehouse and Storage Operations.
  • Transition to Work is a state funded 2 year work readiness program for recent school leavers providing a range of individualised prevocational training including job sampling, work experience and assistance to access services in the community such as housing, obtaining a drivers licence, obtaining formal qualifications and further education.

DSA Business Services

Business Services is an Australian Disability Enterprise providing meaningful employment opportunities through quality and sustainable business services. We operate 4 factories, employing more than 550 people with a disability and are located in Mascot, Bankstown, and Seven Hills in the Greater Sydney area and Braemar in the Southern Highlands. We also provide opportunities for people to work off site in a number of alternative host employment settings.

Macquarie Employment Training Services (METS)

METS is a Registered Training Organisation specialising in delivering flexible training options in Children’s Services and Disability Work. We are committed to providing quality training and assessment that upholds the integrity of the qualification and allows people to develop to their full potential.
